Systematic Declassification Review

Executive Order 12958, Classified National Security Information, § 6.1(ll) (1995) (superseded)

“Systematic declassification review” means the review for declassification of classified information contained in records that have been determined by the Archivist to have permanent historical value in accordance with title 44, United States Code.

For purposes of this order:
(pp)  "Systematic declassification review" means the review for declassification of classified information contained in records that have been determined by the Archivist to have permanent historical value in accordance with title 44, United States Code.
