Administrative law is generally thought to be one of the most complex and intimidating areas of the law.
It’s so complicated that many practicing lawyers don’t fully understand it.
I’m here to tell you that administrative law isn’t that complicated at all.
Once you understand the legal sources you’re dealing with and the legal status they have, you’ll quickly be able to navigate the jungle of inconsistent nomenclature and mountains of documents that make administrative law so daunting to the uninitiated.
